Return Policy: No returns or exchanges after 14 days. Items must be in like new condition (no physical or liquid damage & no cosmetic defects); must include all original materials & packaging in like new condition; must include original UPC barcodes still on the box. A minimum $35 restocking fee applies on all cellular phones. Opened headsets or screen protectors may not be returned. Used or refurbished equipment, or new phones purchased outright, may only be returned or exchanged within 3 days. An Early Termination Fee applies on cancellation of select data features or services. Equipment must be returned upon cancellation of cellular service within the first 181 days. Satellite service successfully installed may not be cancelled without an Early Termination Fee. Equipment must be returned within 72 hours if No Line of Site is available or you will be charged the full retail price for the equipment. Satellite equipment must be returned to CWI if service is cancelled before completion of your contract. A minimum $50 restocking fee applies to each satellite receiver upon cancellation.
